I practice Iyengar yoga since couple of moths and never before had so much energy. After every lesson I have pain in parts I didn’t even imagine that they exist but I fell better day by day. There is something magical in yoga – how it stimulates energy in your body. But at the same time I know that it is inseparably connected with me – my state of mind, concentration, breath, body work. It involves every aspect of me. My body wakes up from a sleep. I’m discovering more about myself.

Exploring myself if for me one of the most interesting things to do.

Everyone is a small universe and when we have tolerable order inside, when we fell one with self we are also able to form more profound relationships.  So for me dealing with my problems is synonymous with creating more quiet space outside.

I believe that the most significant things happen in point of contact between silence and touch.

by going through the night.
